Our nails are all custom made at the time of purchase. We generally require between 5-10 business days to make the order. While the order is being made we are unable to provide a refund due to the customised nature of the nails. A refund will only be provided if we fail to complete your order within 10 business days.

Please ensure your nails measurements are correct, and double check all purchases before checking out. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
